fantastic stay!
central location attentive staff room upgrade
The metro station is very close. i loved the local restaurants nearby. the VIP access was amazing. I received a nice room upgrade and a late check-out. i appreciated the attentive and friendly staff.
my room had a jarring, rattling thump every 30 minutes. it kept waking me up. the bathroom seemed dated.

Elbert at the bar offered excellent restaurant recommendations, which I found very helpful. Early check-in and late check-out were granted (it was low season), a significant perk. I also appreciated the valet parking.
The bathroom was dated, needing some updates to match the rest of the hotel's modern appeal. I noticed the phone next to the bed was not functional, an inconvenience as I needed to contact the front desk.

the location is great. the ambiance of the hotel extended from the room to the inviting lobby and lively bar. i found the staff very helpful.
i noticed the hotel decor seemed a bit tired. the room lacked a hook on the back of the door. there was limited space in the wardrobe to properly hang clothes.

charming spot
friendly staff early check great drinks
The staff was friendly and efficient. They gave us a early check in. they also stored our luggage. the bar had great drinks and food. The hotel gave us two free drinks. the room was perfect, clean and spacious.
i stayed in a small double room and there was no space in the wardrobe. there was no hook on the back of the door. there also was no dressing table near the door for keys and phones.
